How much does it cost?

Is this for medical records?
No. Fax Me Outside is for personal, non medical use only, things like lease paperwork, DMV forms, court documents, or insurance paperwork. See our Terms for the full policy.
How do refunds work?
Your card is only ever authorized, not charged, until your fax actually delivers. If it fails after our retries, the authorization is released automatically. If it still shows on your statement, it drops off or refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
What if my fax number is wrong?
We only accept US and Canada numbers and check the format before you pay. If a valid number simply does not answer, we retry automatically, then release the authorization if it never connects.
Do you keep my files?
No. Files are deleted from storage as soon as your fax completes, whether it delivers or fails.
Is my information private?
Yes. No accounts, no ad tracking, and we never sell your data. Your email is only used for your receipt and status updates, no marketing and no mailing list. Your file is deleted as soon as the fax completes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
